We are the data controller for the personal information described here, under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Booking details: your name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, dates, times and any notes, such as flight numbers or accessibility needs.
• Messages you send us by phone, email, WhatsApp or the booking form.
• Payment records. Card payments are processed by our card provider; we never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

To take and carry out your booking, contact you about your journey, keep records we are legally required to keep as a licensed operator, and handle any complaint or lost property. Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you, and our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only with the driver doing your journey and with services that help us run the business: our booking app provider, Web3Forms (which delivers website booking requests to our inbox), WhatsApp if you choose to message us there, and our accountant. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as our operator licence conditions require, and accounting records for six years. Other messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Cookies

This website uses only essential storage to remember your cookie choice. The map on our contact page is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when it loads.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
