Castle Cabs is back.
Ask anyone who has lived in Lewes long enough and they may remember Castle Cabs. Now the name is back on the town's roads.
An old Lewes name, back in service
For years, Castle Cabs was part of everyday life in Lewes: the car that met you off the late train, took the kids to school when the weather was foul, and got you to Gatwick in the dark. Then the name went quiet.
Lewes Castle Cabs picks up where it left off. It's a local firm with local drivers, named after the castle that has looked down over the town for more than 900 years, and run on the same simple promise: turn up on time, drive carefully, charge fairly.
What hasn't changed
The town still needs a taxi firm that answers the phone, knows where Spital Road is without a satnav, and treats a run to Victoria Hospital as carefully as an airport job. That's the firm we're building.
What has
You can now book online or on WhatsApp as well as by phone, pay by card in every car, and get a fixed price for airport runs before you set off.
